[ptp-dev] PTP 1.1 status

All,

The review (now called a preliminary release review) on Wednesday was  
successful. We also have the requisite number of votes on the release  
review bug report, so I don't see any impediment to the release at  
this stage.

I plan to do a final build at 5pm MST today. This build will then  
become the release version.
