I was about to complain that the link didn't work, and realized it's after 5pm
- we're being moved to the tools project!  So the links probably won't work for a while.
If I change the link to tools, it halfway works.  I'll wait a while and try again.

This adds some missing functionality on the debugger tab in the
launch configuration.
