Try doing cleanupOmpi -- see 
"instructions for killing old orte/ompi processes with cleanupOmpi"
at http://www.eclipse.org/ptp/docs/build.html#cleanupOmpi

and relaunch.
If you still get the error, attach your log file
<workspace-dir>/.metadata/.log
and any other console output.

This is all in case Nathan needs more info...

It([Ljava.lang.String ;@1ed56e2) looks very strange.
