[polarsys-pmc] Committer Election for Irfan Sljivo on Eclipse CHESS has started 
A committer election for Irfan Sljivo on project Eclipse CHESS
(polarsys.chess) was started by Stefano puri with this criteria:

Irfan has contributed to the CHESS features related to contract based design
(in particular the work about weak contracts), architectural patterns,
supporting the integration with the OpenCert platform and argument fragments
generation.
