I still need PMC approvals for both Capella and Kitalpha.

For graduations, I am looking to the PMC to ensure that the project has stable APIs and is operating in accordance with the open source rules of engagement as defined by the Eclipse Development Process.

I've scheduled these reviews pending approvals of the corresponding IP Logs by the IP Team and your +1

Is it your intent to have the project graduate out of the incubation phase with this release?
