Hi,
I understood that the papyrus bug on communication path will be
corrected on mars release in a nightly build.
I installed mars release on winrdows 10, installed papyrus,
installed the last nightly build ...
But there is no communication path on deployment diagram ...
:(

No. A priori, Papyrus 1.1.1 (September 2015) will fix as
many issues as possible. At least the first one mentioned
in that thread of discussion will be fixed:
CommunicationPath.
For other, We will do our best. If someone want to
accelerate that point, we are open to contributions (money
or/and effort ;-).

Hi,
Mars SR1 is the first Service Release for the Mars branch,
scheduled for September 2015. Service Releases should only
contain bug fixes and should ensure compatibility in both
directions (Including the ability to open models created
with SR1 on an SR0 installation)
The "Neon" release (June 2016) only needs to ensure an
ascending compatibility (From Mars/1.1.0 to Neon/1.2.0).

Actually, we probably can't do this without breaking the
diagram compatibility between Mars SR1 and Mars SR0 (i.e.
Papyrus 1.1.0 wouldn't be able to open a DeploymentD
created with Papyrus 1.1.1, because it wouldn't know
anything about this new link). But I guess we can discuss
this further and find a way that doesn't break
compatibility for SR1

We are running currently an activity on some diagram
updates, that will end for Mars SR1 release. This SR1
release is dedicated to bug fixes mainly, and can also
integrate enhancements that will not cause compatibility
issues with official release from June. The official SR1
release is planned for the end of September.
We can integrate in the update of the deployment diagram
some of the fixes required, like the one mentioned in the
bug 361106: [Deployment Diagram] : Missing
CommunicationPath Link

The attributes of this bug have been upgraded, especially
the target milestone and version to Mars SR1. You can add
yourself as a CC of this bug if you wish to be warned when
