[polarsys-iwg] Infra: Enabling git.polarsys.org

Greetings,

I'd like to migrate some of the Bugzilla <-> Git <-> Gerrit integration 
that we've recently enabled on Eclipse.org.  To help with consistency, I 
needed to move the Git and Gerrit services to a hostname called 
"git.polarsys.org".

I normally send out notifications *before* making these changes, but as 
activity is fairly low right now, I simply went ahead and did it.

cGit browser: http://polarsys.org/c  => http://git.polarsys.org/c
Gerrit: http://polarsys.org/r => http://git.polarsys.org/r

This change will also allow us to separate Git services from the 
Polarsys website down the road, once traffic becomes more substantial 
and scalability becomes an issue.

I apologize in advance for the inconvenience this causes, but my 
thinking is that it's better now that much later.
