Just an update on this thing. During the bugzilla upgrade, Later & Remind won't be moved to Reopened state. Rather Later->Won't Fix and Remind->Invalid (
http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/eclipse-dev/msg08697.html). So we don't have to do anything. In case the reporter needs it, he can reopen the bug. I'll update the bugs with this message.

Yes, this is what I'd recommend. Still
allows querying.

I don't recomment a keyword for this, adding one is a pretty big deal and
they stay around forever.
You can easily put something in the status whiteboard though, you can put
anything you like there.
