Got it, I understand how this works now, I will do another submission shortly before the I20090309-0100 build.

Nothing from my previous submission actually made it in.

For example, the version that made it into the build was 1.6.  That
means that 1.7 is not in the build, and "bug 264323 [CommonNavigator]
CommonDragAdapterAssistant should be allowed to opt out of a drag"
didn't make it in.
