[platform-ui-dev] Matthew Hall committer nomination

I nominated Matthew Hall as a committer last week, and today is the last
day of voting. Unfortunately, it looks as if nobody voted yet, which is not
the case.

At this point, we have three +1 votes - it is just that for some reason,
the portal did not send notification e-mails about this to the mailing
list. (I filed a bug about the missing notifications:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=214510)

The current votes can be seen on the committer portal
(http://portal.eclipse.org), and I hope that the final result will be sent
to the mailing list without problems. In the meantime, feel free to track
the voting process on the portal page. While you are there, you could even
cast your vote. Hint hint ;-)
