[platform-ui-dev] New plug-in added to the tests (databinding)

Parts of the data binding test suite have been moved into a new plug-in
called org.eclipse.jface.tests.databinding.conformance.  If you see compile
errors in your workspace, you may have to check out the additional plug-in.

The new plug-in has been added to the platform-ui-tests module; next time
you check out using the modules, everything should be fine.
