[platform-ui-dev] High Risk Change Requires Testing (Bug 100737)

We are asking all Platform/UI committers to please run with a patched JAR file 
(http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/~checkout~/platform-ui-home/gir/org.eclipse.ui.workbench_3.1.0.jar).  
The file is a patched version of N20050622-0010.

Bug 100737 (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=100737) needs to be 
fixed, and the possible fixes we've come up with are high risk.

For those with more time, please read the bug and try to break the fix.
