[platform-swt-dev] Missleading constant "org.eclipse.swt.internal.carbon

Hi,

Now that carbon is completely gone I think it is a bit missleading that
the font property is still called:

org.eclipse.swt.internal.carbon.smallFonts

I know we'll have to keep it around because many application already use
this setting but I think it should add

org.eclipse.swt.internal.cocoa.smallFonts and then update PDE to use
this one when generating launch configurations, ... .
