Hi,
I have
a problem in my program, when I run in two modes the X server.
I have developed a browser in Java, making use of libraries and using
Eclipse SWT xulrunner. Then, I load a web page, which run the video
through VLC mozilla plugin.
- In the first case, part of debian with gnome (gdm3) enabled; do
start the program, I turn in a continuation of
the video, and
everything works normally;
- In the second case, the part with debian gnome disabled (/ etc/init.d/gdm3 stop),
but I
start the X server via the command: /usr/bin/Xorg :0;
I turn in a continuation of
the video, and after a while the program
crashes, except that I generate is as follows:
..........................................................
[0x92548cc] main playlist debug: destroying
[0x91b669c] main libvlc debug: removing stats
[0x91b669c] main libvlc debug: removing

org.eclipse.swt.SWTError: Unspecified error
at
org.eclipse.swt.graphics.Device.XErrorProc(Device.java:892)
The program 'SWT' received an X Window System
error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'BadWindow (invalid Window
parameter)'.
(Details: serial 274 error_code 3
request_code 20 minor_code 0)
(Note to programmers: normally, X
errors are reported asynchronously;
that is, you will receive the
error a while after causing it.
To debug your program, run it
with the --sync command line
option to change this behavior.
You can then get a meaningful
backtrace from your debugger if
you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)

The configuration of my system is:
-
Debian 6 Testing updated at 12 January 2011
-
mozilla-plugin-vlc 1.1.3-1
-
xulrunner 1.9.1.16-4
-
swt-3.7M3-gtk-linux-x86.zip
Thank you for your
attention
Yours sincerely
