Yes, deleting the fragment and checking out again took care of it. Thanks for figuring that out -- that was very odd. Sorry about the confusion.
I had just done a normal synchronize, just as I have been doing all along, but it has been some time since I did development on the system I'm using right now, so it's possible something was out of whack because of that.

Scott,
I think I know what is going on. The
.project file for the org.eclipse.swt.cocoa.macosx.x86_64 fragment had
the wrong project name (check the changes a just made). When you checked
that fragment out, eclipse must have named it "org.eclipse.swt.cocoa.macosx"
instead of "org.eclipse.swt.macosx.cocoa.x86_64". That
is probably why you got confused thinking that the 32 bit fragment had
64 bit libraries. I am sure not what you do different to checkout,
since it does not happen for us.
Please delete the fragment and check
it out again. It should all be fixed now.

org.eclipse.swt.cocoa.macosx is right on my machine.
We only libraries that are wrong are in
org.eclipse.swt.cocoa.macosx.x86_64
Which you released today with the comment: Wrong architecture for
checked-in binaries: Should be i386,pcc, not x86_64
In the org.eclipse.swt.cocoa.macosx.x86_64 fragment, x86_64 is the right
architecture.
Scott, there must be something wrong with your machine or with the way
you
are testing.
This is M6 week, a change like you did can break the build. Did you
release any other changes ?
