I am looking to build SWT from scratch.  Are there instructions to do
this?  I have followed the instructions at
http://www.eclipse.org/swt/cvs.php, but they do not explain how to
build the native side.  Also, the org.eclipse.swt.examples do not
build in Fedora 10 based on the instructions on this site.
