This automatically generated message signals that Grant Gayed has nominated
Oleg Krasilnikov as a Committer on the  component of the eclipse.platform
project. The reason given is as follows:

Oleg Krasilnikov is nominated to receive committer status for swt's
org.eclipse.swt.win32.win32.ia64 fragment so that he can contribute eclipse
builds for use on Windows IA64.  He has been a great help with getting
swt's win32 port to run on 64-bit architectures (in particular see
https://bugs.eclipse.org/57151) and is prepared to contribute eclipse
builds for Windows on IA64 since this configuration is not built by
eclipse.org.



The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 19 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Oleg Krasilnikov must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for
a successful election.
