This is really a question for the PDE people, SWT is only an example of a
plugin that requires a dll. You should ask this question on the following
newsgroup:
news://news.eclipse.org/eclipse.platform
I would describe how SWT does it but there have recently been some changes
in this area and it would be better if you asked this question of the
right people because then you will get the right answer for how this will
be handled in the future.

I have a problem.
Could any one please explain me how do I include a dll in my
plugin.Do I have to do through a fragment. Please explain me the process
