Hi,

We have problems with build cluster again from 1:43 AM EDT today.

This problem is being tracked in Bug 563321 - The Jenkins jobs are not getting scheduled on Releng JIPP

Because of this problem we are not able to start any containerized build jobs on releng jipp, platform jipp, jdt jipp. There may be other jipps that are affected. This also the reason for not having builds at 6AM and getting test results for previous build
