[platform-releng-dev] Another M1 rebuild?

Hi all,

there is a bug in platform UI that wants to be in M1 too: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=558895

Unfortunately it didn't made into the https://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/I20200108-0600/ build.
