Hi folks,

Does the platform have any tooling / CI check that verifies service segment is incremented by/to 100 on new branches according to https://wiki.eclipse.org/Version_Numbering#When_to_change_the_service_segment?

CDT has properly adopted the version numbering recently, but the 100 aspect of the service segment bumps is regularly missed, so I was curious what platform did in this regard?
