Those two versions correspond to product and feature. We have Eclipse platform product as well as Eclipse platform feature. I corresponds to product and v corresponds to feature.
If you update product it will update feature also as the feature is included in the product. I hope this helps

I see several entries twice. One v-version and one i-version. Is this expected?
