It looks like some Platform UI developer(s)
wrongly updated version numbers: http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/M20170712-0400/apitools/analysis/html/index.html

PLEASE: Do not touch version numbers
if you are not capable of reading and understanding https://wiki.eclipse.org/Version_Numbering.
Leave it to other committers then. This also applies for reviewers.

Please fix asap!
