[platform-releng-dev] N20160328-1043 - BUILD FAILED -- in case you were

Sorry for the many "off-schedule"
builds, and semi-broken download pages. 

Most recently I am trying to confirm
I know how to fix Bug 490516and made a syntax error, so will
try again soon. 

But, more generally, am trying to fix
several intricate bugs at once, such as Bug 487044and Bug 490440plus several other "core" changes. These are hard to test locally,
since they involve several servers, permissions, proxies, etc. -- which
would be near impossible for me to duplicate "Eclipse.org" locally.
 

You can ignore the "off schedule" builds, and
I'll be sure to give a heads-up on any problems that are not my own. (I
would offer to turn off "notification", but believe it or not,
that's part of the test that everything gets to working as before.  :)
