[platform-releng-dev] No "long running" tests against baseline after all

Contrary to what I said in status meeting,
there will be not be "long running" performance tests against
the "baseline". It appears none of them can be installed into
it, using the p2 Director, due to conflicting or insufficient pre-reqs.
I need to look at it closer ... but ... won't happen today, so just wanted
to keep everyone informed. To track, I have opened 
Bug 452336
- Long running performance tests don't run on baseline (4.4)
