Our Luna, M5 +0 is due 1/24, which means
beginning Sunday, 1/19, 8 PM (Eastern), I'll turn off "N-builds",
and we'll have I builds only, twice a day, until Wednesday, 8 PM, with
Thursday 1/23 being "sign off" day, for our M5 contribution.
Please plan accordingly.  

While our "M-build" of that
week does not _have_ to be contributed for Kepler SR2, we should not skip
it, since we will be ramping down for SR2. Thus, I've moved it's time to
10 AM, instead of 8 AM, for that one day only. 

I have updated our build
schedule to reflect these busy
days.
