[platform-releng-dev] Rebuilds scheduled for today's M-builds for 1600 a

We'll be re-building the 3.8 and 4.2 M
builds from today to address bug 39644. [1]

The comparator implies some (equinox)
features didn't change suffix enough to be "different" than previous
ones, even though their contents changed. 

I've scheduled the 3.8 for 4 PM Eastern
(1600) and 4.2 for 6 PM (1800). 

Thanks to Tom and Ian for the quick
response so these have a chance to finish before our M4 (final) rebuild
at 8 PM (2000) ... we'll be keeping the Eclipse iron hot tonight! 

The M-builds themselves should be finished
around 7 PM and 9 PM, but then 6 or more hours for some tests to run (probably
noon tomorrow for windows tests to finish).
