I am requesting a respin of the 3.8 build
only, to fix a problem where 4.2 branding plugins were appearing in the
3.8 build:

The fix has been released and is ready
for a rebuild any time. I think this shouldn't delay us from declaring
4.2 so it can be submitted to the release train on time.
