This automatically generated message signals that Kim Moir has nominated
David Williams as a Committer on the eclipse.platform.releng project. The

I'd like to nominate David Williams for commit rights on platform-releng. 
He has a deep knowledge of building Eclipse bundles and products from his
experience in WTP and managing the eclipse coordinated release.  His quest
to relentlessly automate and improve processes can only mean good things
for the Eclipse platform build.


The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 7 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). David Williams must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
