I've started a build to incorporate the
change from PDE.

Yesterday's builds are still synching
to eclipse.org.  They are taking a long time to sync, presumably because
eclipse.org had some downtime yesterday.  This may have caused the

p2 failures in the last build. They
install some bundles from the build repository and if the child repo isn't
there, some of the tests fail.

Also, builds are taking about twice
as long as usual.  This is also due to the eclipse.org infrastructure
issues.

PDE has made the following non-doc changes for 3.7 RC4. PMC has approved
this change. Please re-build for RC4.


The map file has been updated for the following Bug changes:
+ Bug 348077. Increment version available for plug-in creation (FIXED)

org.eclipse.pde.core
