[platform-releng-dev] signing issues caused by permission problems

Our builds have been taking six hours instead
of the usual three hours because of the hardware problems at the foundation.
 However, I just checked our build and it appears that the permissions
on the our directory where we place our files to be signed are incorrect.

I've updated this bug and asked the
webmasters to fix this issue.

Once this is fixed, I can restart the
build from point where signing proceeds.
