Some of the windows tests are not completing
because of a corrupt profile on the test machine which is causing the "no
screen saver and no power management" to default to periodically revert
to false.  Fun times.

Our sysadmin is trying to remedy this
situation. In the interim, I've switched the build to use another machine.
