There must have been an issue with cvs
at the time the build started.  There were missing bundles in the
builder (Ant - rather important one) which caused the build to fail.  I
started another nightly build this morning and it is proceeding normally.

I'm investigating why the nightly build
failed. Not sure what happened.  I ran a test build yesterday with
the same tag and didn't have any issues.
