These errors are related to a fix for https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=330845.
The fix was released with an update in the tests at the time the build started. So the fix didn't make it inside the org.eclipse.jdt.core bundle while the modified regression tests were included in the test suite. I am glad the tests failed.
Everything should be back to normal with next N-build.

Would it be possible to know when all code has been checked out for the build including the tests? Then this inconsistent situation would not happen.
