The releng failures are 
1) version compare issues because of
the introduction of the new aix.gtk.ppc64 fragment - these features will
be ignored by the version compare tool for the next build
2) javadoc errors because the Sun urls
are now Oracle urls - http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/M20101103-0800/compilelogs/pde.doc.user.javadoc.txt.
 Not sure how to fix this without switching VMs,
3) problem in the releng tests  https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=320499#c4

These issues don't impact the build
itself.
