[platform-releng-dev] missing nightly build

The build didn't run last night because a UPS in our lab died and took the build machines down with it. I've opened a bug with our IT team but they inform me that there aren't any replacement UPSes available. I'll ask them to put the machines on a power bar so that we don't keep experiencing outages.
