[platform-releng-dev] build page not being updated

Since 3.6.1 is being synched to the mirrors in preparation for tomorrow's release, the build page has been changed to a static page that isn't updated with new content. The build will run tonight, however, it won't show up on the download page until after 3.6.1 is available.
