PDE is requesting a rebuild of 3.6.1 to
fix the following bug:

Bug 324336. version 0.0.0 for .target
resolves to '0 plug-ins available' when newer plug-ins are available in
other software sites (NEW)

We are tagged and ready.  If it
is too late to respin for RC3 we can wait for RC4 (we have PMC approval).
