The repeatedly failing tests in CVS are "testImportMultipleProjects" and
"testCacheBase"/"testCacheRemote". Both of them fail with "Timeout while
writing to output stream" message, which I guess is related to heavy load
on the test infrastructure. They cannot be reproduced locally. What's more
important they don't affect the quality of the build.
