As I noted last week The PDE UI test failures
were due to changes in the JDT feature.  We did not contribute the
fix to any of the rebuilds as we did not want to risk messing up the builds
any more than they already were :)

We have since rewritten our target tests
to use static test data instead of the JDT feature to avoid future test
failures.
