And I had to restart the build because
my tagging of the builder silently failed and the ant bundle was missing
from basebuilder and thus couldn't be invoked.

I've opened a bug with the foundation.

Dani had extensive problems tagging for the build because of eclipse.org
infrastructure problems.  He's worked with the webmaster to resolve
them and now the build will proceed. 

Also, the I20091026-1345 build will run with performance results.  There
was a typo in the builder which prevented performance tests from running
in last night's build.
