After some research it turns out that
there are three problems behind those UI test failures:

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=292163
       Default values on Ant page fail validation

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=278402
       [Import/Export] Export project does
not export empty folders
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=292187
       NPE in OleClientSite on a clean Windows
install 

Despite those test failures the build
in general appears to be fine.
