I have released the fix to org.eclipse.ui.ide into HEAD. Not sure if p2 needs anything else before a build can be started, but Platform UI is ready for a rebuild (from HEAD).

It has been over a week since we have
had a successful N-build. This is not acceptable.
Again, if you need test builds during
the day, you can run one on build.eclipse.org or I can run one locally
to verify your changes don't break the N-build.
