[platform-releng-dev] build schedule for 3.6 and 3.5.1 builds

I've updated the build schedule for
3.5.1 builds.  Since next week the eclipse.org servers will be very
busy with the release, I've held off running integration builds until June
30 and maintenance builds until July 8.  The week of July 1 has a
few holidays for Canadian and US teams.
