Last week the UA test TocLinkChecker
failed in every single build due to three different problems and I intercepted
a fourth before the build started.

If you are still making doc changes
and those changes involve adding. removing or moving files in the TOC (Table
of Contents) file please let me know by way of a bug report so I can run
the TocLinkChecker before the build starts, I have a modified version of
that test which ignores generated JavaDoc files so it is possible to check
all projects before the build (this version of the test won't get commited
until 3.6). Also if there are future builds I will tag platform.doc.user
and platform.doc.isv. None of this should be taken as an open invitation
to make more doc changes than you were already planning on, just a recognition
that late changes do happen.
