The releng tests results don't impact
the quality of the build.  The p2.user.ui feature was changed yesterday
to specify the versions of the ecf bundles.  I'll update the releng
tests to ignore these bundles when running the version compare tool.

Looking for a status from the Equinox
team before this build can be promoted to 3.5RC4.
