PDE/Build intends to contribute a fix for
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=277768 - p2.inf is not processed if customBuildCallbacks is defined

We are also contributing tests for
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=277923 - [publisher] CUs generated with wrong version on host requirement

The actual fix for 277923 will be contributed by p2.
