PDE/Build has some tests for signing
support.  These tests use a keystore that we keep as a resource in
the test bundle.
The certificate we use expired last
night, causing the tests to fail:  java.security.cert.CertificateExpiredException:
NotAfter: Thu May 21 17:38:44 EDT 2009

The tests all pass locally after regenerating a new certificate.
 There is no problem with the build.
