These failures are problems during test set up/tear down with regards to 
resource deletion. The failures do not represent a problem with API tools. 
Olivier is working on a fix (however the fix did not make it into the 
I-build, so the tests may fail again there). We plan to have this resolved 
by end of week - thank you for your patience.
