The build failed because some Orbit and ECF bundles were not mirrored to
the repo and thus the director could not provision the drops.

I suspect this is caused by this bug. This same issue we saw in the integration
build earlier this week. I didn't think that if would impact the nightly
builds because most of the content has unique qualifiers with the exception
of Orbit and ECF. 

CompositeRepo failures can cause bad artifact results

I've modified the build scripts to clean the repo before the build starts
until this bug is fixed and I've updated the builder to the new bundles.
